The weight listed is per side. For example, the 1/2 oz cozy socks are 1/2 oz for each sock.
You can, but It is recommended to leave on one pair of glasses to maintain a snug fit .

The good news is that most people do not notice the weight. The even better news - if they do bother your ears, you would be surprised how quickly your ears adjust to the weight. The secret is to remove the socks at the first sign of discomfort for about an hour. Your ears will adjust within 2-3 days. Some customer opt to use Ear Cushions.
This product has been formulated to prevent pulling or snagging. When the socks are brand new, you may initially feel some pulling, but that goes away after a day or two of use.

If anyone finds that their two pieces unscrew accidentally, like me, you can use the tiniest dot of glue (especially on a side where you can scrape off the glue, like E6000 or something even less sticky, if you want to detach and re-use one of the components.) These really work to lift the weight off your nose! I can't wear glasses without them. They really have greatly improved my quality of life.
CanadaI got pain on the top of my ear, so for 50$ (Canadian $) I thought it was not a good investment for me. The bids was a better fit for me, I was feeling less pain. And if the black weight can be smaller (more discreet) I will love to try them again. That will probably cause less pain on the top of my ear and I will be able to wear it everywhere because nobody can see them.
