Step 1: Weigh Your Glasses & Find Your iLiftz® Size

Use a small kitchen or postal scale [No scale? See note below].

.5 – .8 oz ½ oz Silicone Cozy Socks or Cozy Strap
.8 – 1.5 oz ¾ oz Silicone Cozy Socks or Cozy Strap, with Ear Cushions if needed
More than 1.5 oz 1 oz Nylon Power-Lift Strap

 

No scale? Light frames and a light prescription → ¼ oz. Average glasses → ½ oz. Larger frames or a heavy prescription → ¾ oz. Or start with 1/2 oz and exchange lighter or heavier if needed.

Step 2: Consider Your Preferences

Prefer nylon? It’s a good choice for heavier glasses, larger frames, and if you prefer cushioning around ears.The Power-Lift Strap gives more lift with less weight, and nylon has more give, so it’s more comfortable when you recline.
