Who can participate?

To qualify for wholesale purchases, you must be a valid retail business with a brick and mortar storefront and resale exemption certificate. New accounts are opened based on a variety of criteria, and as market conditions and capacity allows.

Why should you join? Our patented products are designed to help your customer's eyeglasses be more comfortable. Our products reduce eyeglass pressure on the nose and cheeks and prevent nose dents, marks, and slipping glasses. They are also very helpful for customers recovering from nose trauma, surgery, or other issues that require reduced contact of eyewear on their nose. In addition to offering discounted prices on select products, we also provide our wholesale customers with the ability to order the amount that is right for them.

How to become a Wholesale customer.

First time wholesale customers need to register for a wholesale account by completing the application below and agreeing to the terms and conditions.
Upon approval as a wholesale customer you will receive confirmation via email within 2 business days and receive a login and password as well as be provided with a personalized discount code that can be used for online or phone orders.

WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following are the necessary terms and conditions for placing wholesale orders.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER Wholesale orders are placed directly from our website www.byebyenosedents.com or by calling 1-855-692-6732. Orders may be cancelled any time prior to shipping. All orders are subject to acceptance by Sandlyn, LLC.

PRODUCT SALES

All merchandise purchased from Sandlyn, LLC is purchased for the purpose of retail sales only.
All merchandise purchased from Sandlyn, LLC shall only be sold within the brick and mortar store outlined in the application or brick and mortar stores that have been given express approval by Sandlyn, LLC in writing.
No online sales are permitted.

MINIMUM ORDERS AND REORDERS Minimum order is $100 plus shipping. Sandlyn, LLC reserves the right to limit quantities ordered

PAYMENTS Payment is due at the time of the order via credit card.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped from GA via USPS or UPS with real-time shipping rates.
Wholesale customers are responsible for shipping charges.

RETURNS / REFUNDS

Sandlyn, LLC warrants all products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship at time of shipment.
Please contact Sandlyn, LLC within 5 business days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Prepaid shipping labels will be provided to return damaged or defective merchandise and will be replaced at no cost upon authorized approval.
New/unused merchandise can be returned within 30 days with authorized approval. Return shipping labels will be provided. A 20% restocking fee will be subtracted from refund as well as shipping fees incurred.
New orders can be cancelled anytime prior to shipment.

PRICING Retail prices must be equal to or greater than Sandlyn, LLC suggested retail price structure at byebyenosedents.com. Prices subject to change without notice.

PATENT/TRADEMARK All products, designs, and logos are the sole property of Sandlyn, LLC and protected by patent, trademark, and intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced in any form.

Important Notes: Wholesale accounts are given at the discretion of Sandlyn, LLC and may be revoked at any time. Sandlyn, LLC reserves the right to change these Terms of Sale at any time and from time to time. Any previous Wholesale Terms are superseded and of no legal effect.
